Yes, the Doctor Wallet credit of ₹2000 can be used to book in-person consultations. If you need an in-person consultation after using the 4 monthly teleconsultations, the consultation fee will be deducted from the Doctor Wallet balance based on the doctor’s fee displayed at the time of booking.

If you exceed the 4 included teleconsultations in a month, you can use your one-time Doctor Wallet credit of ₹2000 for additional virtual or in-person consultations. This wallet will cover the doctor’s fee as displayed in the app until the balance is exhausted. Once the wallet is depleted, you can reload it to continue accessing consultations.
